Ever since I was a kid at school I found plant biology fascinating. It is no wonder I became obsessed with miniature trees. I have found that knowing just a little about plant biology has helped me extensively in growing bonsai. It is true that one can get by without knowing much. Simply planting sticks in soil can eventually yield results, but you can get there a whole lot quicker with some basic entry-level knowledge.

Plant biology is actually very straight-forward and logical, and fairly simple to understand. I will be adding regular articles to this section, but please leave your comments and let me know if there is anything specific you would like to know about.
